Hanger steak is a cut of beef steak prized for it's rich flavor. This little known cut of meat is absolutely delicious! Tender and flavorful it is sometimes called a Butchers Steak or Hanger Steak. It is reccomended to cook this steak at a high heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side to medium rare (125 to 130 degrees F) for the best texture. Simple salt and pepper are fantastic for this flavorful cut. You can also marinade this piece or use a nice steak seasoning if you are looking for a different flavor.

    Ranch pick up or local delivery can be arranged. 

     

    Teton County deliveries can be arranged on Wednesdays to various Jackson locations.
