Killpecker Creek Cattle Company offers whole and half beef for delivery in late June and late September.
 
Our current price (Jan. 2020) is $7.95/lb. cut, wrapped, and delivered. Average cost is $3,000, and will generate between 320 and 400 pounds of meat. A 22 sq. ft. freezer is recommended.
 
Approximately 1/3 of your whole or half will be ground beef.
Approximately 25 pounds of premium steaks will be generated.
Each whole generates 2 briskets and 2 flank steaks and 2 tri-tip roasts. 
Our processor will work with your cut list preferences as to roast size, steak thickness, organ meat harvest, soup, and rib bone cuts, and stew meat package sizes.
Our processor can wrap your meat in paper as part of your cost.
Cryovac packaging will add $300 to your cost.
