Half of Beef
Killpecker Creek Cattle Company offers whole and half beef for delivery in late June and late September.
1/2 beef will generate between 160 and 200 pounds of meat. An 11 sq. ft. freezer is recommended.
Approximately 1/3 of your whole or half will be ground beef.
Approximately 25 pounds of premium steaks will be generated.
Each half generates 1 brisket and 1 flank steak and 1 tri-tip roast.
Our processor will work with your cut list preferences as to roast size, steak thickness, organ meat harvest, soup, and rib bone cuts, and stew meat package sizes.
Our processor can wrap your meat in paper as part of your cost.
Cryovac packaging will add an additional $150 to your order.
